High perfomance wearable ceramics particle is a basic material for further processing of non-metallic minerals industry. Based on technology experiments, practice experience of industrial production and theoretical analyzing, this paper put forth some countermeasurs of raising wear resistance of ceramics particle, such as optimizing formula and processing technology of ceramics particle, developing microcrystal wear-resisting rich-alumina ceramics as raw material and improving forming and sintering technology etc.
